1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Revolution Stage. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Revolution Stage Sdn Bhd ("we", "our", or "us"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

2. Our Services

Revolution Stage provides an online platform for purchasing entry passes (tickets) to theatrical performances, musical productions, and other live entertainment events in Malaysia. Our services include:

• Event listings and information
• Online seat selection and booking
• Secure payment processing
• Electronic entry pass delivery
• Customer support for bookings

3. Booking and Purchases

3.1 Making a Booking

When you make a booking through our platform, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Each booking is subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email with your e-entry pass.

3.2 Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but changes will not affect bookings that have already been confirmed.

3.3 Payment

We accept payment through our authorized payment gateway partners. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the information provided is accurate. All payments are processed securely.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

4.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellations

Entry passes are generally non-refundable once purchased. However, we may consider refund requests under the following circumstances:

• Cancellation requested more than 7 days before the event: 70% refund
• Cancellation requested 3-7 days before the event: 50% refund
• Cancellation requested less than 3 days before the event: No refund

4.2 Event Cancellation by Organizer

If an event is cancelled by the organizer, you will be entitled to a full refund of the purchase price. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

4.3 Event Rescheduling

If an event is rescheduled, your entry pass will remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund within 7 days of the rescheduling announcement.

5. Entry Pass Terms

• Each entry pass is valid for one person for the specified event, date, and time only
• Entry passes are non-transferable unless explicitly permitted
• You must present a valid e-entry pass (digital or printed) for admission
• Duplicate or fraudulent entry passes will be void and may result in denial of entry
• Late arrival may result in restricted seating or denial of entry
• Photography and recording may be prohibited at certain events

6. User Conduct

When using our services and attending events, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Behave respectfully towards staff, performers, and other attendees
• Follow venue rules and safety guidelines
• Not resell entry passes at inflated prices (scalping is prohibited)
• Not use our services for any fraudulent or illegal purpose
• Not interfere with or disrupt our services or servers

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Revolution Stage or its content suppliers and is protected by Malaysian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revolution Stage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant booking.

We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by technical failures, system outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Revolution Stage, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
